Upon attempted URL share creation, the URL a person enters is checked against SURBL’s many lists of web sites that have appeared in unsolicited messages. If a URL matches, we do not allow the creation of the share. This way, Delivr is able to quickly and accurately deny redirection services to known spammers and phishers.
